Dingbat Reardon pushes bill to change South Shore railroad for no reason

The Dingbat Mara Candelaria Reardon is at it again, this time it is a nonsensical bill rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, I mean the South Shore railroad executive board.

Does anyone really think that the board will be better served by representatives chosen by the mayors of Hammond, East Chicago, and Gary?

That The Dingbat would put forth this bill without consulting Cid and Repay seems pretty foolish.

They don't call her the Dingbat for nothing.
