Buncich is a big, stupid bull of a man, just from looking at him. That's my impression.
Based on how he procures new vehicles, I'm not wrong.
So he gets called on the carpet by Commissioner Repay to answer exactly how many cars the Sheriff has, and he can't.
Then, it turns out that he didn't go out for bid on the new cars, not did he use the state system that gets the biggest discount available.
Is this guy anything more than completely incompetent? What are we paying him $160,000 a year for?

Quick question for you: can you name anyone who, in your opinion, is not stupid? You kill Buncich here, praise Repay, and then in your next post, you misspell "chihuahua" as you attack Repay.
Your act is tiresome. Go get laughed out of another redistricting session. Even the Republicans in the room had a face-palm moment watching you.
I can't agree with someone on one issue and disagree with them on another?
Chihuahua is a very difficult word to spell.
In case you haven't noticed, I like to give folks nicknames.
Oh, and if those "face planters" had gone with my plan rather than the Democrat/ Republican hybrid (that disenfranchises 85,000 voters), they would have 2 Republican Commissioners right now.
Disagreement is one thing. Invective is another.
It's the 21st century. You can say whatever you want about so-and-so being a drunk or an idiot, but the point is lost if you can't even use spell-check.
If a Democrat had drawn up your plan, you might have recognized its idiocy.
Invective is exactly what is needed when you have a machine running things. These people deserve no respect, and we should go after their personal failings.
My plan was aggressive, no question. Particularly that 1st District Commissioner district. What I liked about that one is that it was as gerrymandered as the old 12th House District that was drawn for Mara "The Dingbat" Reardon. What's fair is fair.
Buzzoff you going to try to run for Sheriff next????
Nope. I'm a Dominguez supporter. ;)
