Interesting lawsuit here.
I've never even heard of Mark O's bar in Munster. But it is evidently owned by Mark Oprisko, Porter County Democrat bigwig. And he doesn't like to actually pay his employees, being the good Democrat that he is (Democrats like people in theory, but generally fail to treat them well in their personal dealings).
The lawyers for the employees suing Oprisko are Marissa McDermott and Kevin Smith, Lake County Democrat bigwigs.

Now you know why they support unions and big government programs. They think that everyone is as scummy and cheap as they are to their employees.
Marko's bar is where Cafe Elise was on Ridge Rd near Harrison. It's an upscale sports bar. It's been open about 6 months and attracts the same kind of young,hip crowd that Three Floyd's does.
There you go again spreading misleading B.S.
Marko's is a meat factory and nothing like 3 Floyd's.
