Who's "The Flipper" now?

Time was, I used to call Democrat Lake County Councilman Ted Bilski, "The Flipper".  I thought that he was the most likely councilman to flip his vote to favor the county income tax.

Turns out, "The Flipper" might be Democrat Lake County Commissioner Mike Repay.  That nickname will have to replace "Chiuaua Head", his current nickname.

I think it is preposterous that Repay didn't know that RINO State Senator Charbonneau was fullfulling every Lake County Democrats' dreams by rejiggering the rules for the income tax so that all the money can go to Democrat constituencies in Lake County government.  Likely story, take the heat off the RINO.

Actually, if it is true, it makes the RINO look even worse.  Why give the D's the means to get out of the trick bag they're in?

I don't think Repay new. It appears McDermot and Charbonneau cut a backroom deal.

The deal appears to be give Valparaiso contractors associated with Charbonneau some business, nearly $1,000,000 and Charbonneau will propose favorable COIT legislation.

$300,000 plus for removing a 100 year old slab when the lowest bidder was $112,000 and then have a Valparaiso Home builder built 2 $200,000 homes in Hammond.

This is how I think this got done.
